ChocoFlan has long been one of my favorite desserts, as far back as I can remember. The process of making chocoflan can be tedious and nerve wrecking! Most don't attempt this deliciousness because it can be time consuming but rest assure I am here to make this process easy and Stress free!

Ok before we start, make sure you have enough clean space to work on and have your trash can near you, it may get messy but well worth it! Breathe and tell yourself, "I Got This!" Alright Let's do this!!

First, lets Lay out all of the ingredients, pans and bowls.
Then, turn your oven on 350°F.
we will be needing... A Bundt pan, 2 big mixing bowls, whisk (or your mixer), rubber spatula, large baking pan at least 4inch deep (any kind of shape as long as your bundt pan can fit in it) and last, some Tinfoil and a blender.
Ingredients:
1/2 c. of dulce de leche (or caramel)

1 can (14oz) of sweetened condensed milk
1 can (12oz) of evaporated milk
1 package of cream cheese (half block)
4 eggs
3 teaspoons of vanilla extract
1 box of chocolate cake (your choice, I prefer Pillsbury) and the ingredients to make box cake.

Preheat oven to 350° F and put rack in the middle. Use veg shortening to coat pan or spray with nonstick baking spray. I coated it with Veg. shortening (makes release easier)

After you are done coating the bundt pan, you can pour the caramel in the pan and let sit aside. Enough to coat the bottom of greased pan. (optional)

In a large bowl mix chocolate cake according to package instructions and set aside.
tip-To soften the cream cheese, microwave unwrapped for 10-15 seconds.

In a blender or food processor (I used my big ninja) blend the 4 eggs, cream cheese, condensed milk, evaporated milk, and vanilla to make the flan (egg custard). for about 3min until completely blended together.
Picture
Pour your chocolate cake batter over the caramel and set aside.
Pour flan on top of cake batter. While baking, the flan will sink between the chocolate cake and caramel.
Picture
Place the pan inside a roasting pan or large metal baking pan. Pour hot water in the roasting pan so it’s 1 inch deep (to make a water bath). Cover Bundt pan with aluminum foil and bake 1 hour. Uncover and cook 30-40 minutes or until a knife inserted into the middle comes out clean. Remove cake from the roasting pan and allow to cool completely, about 1 hour
Picture
Put a large plate or cake plate inverted over the top of the Bundt pan. Grip the two together and flip over. Store in refrigerator. Serve chilled. You can top your flan off with more chocolate or caramel sauce, when serving. Share your pictures with me! Tag me on social media Instagram or Facebook, I love sharing your work!
I hope you try this delicious recipe  for the holidays!

Gluten Free Succulent Cupcakes
#KrogerBrunch

Picture
This is a sponsored collaboration with Kroger and DimeMedia, opinions and thoughts are my own.

April 7th I attended the Krogers Influencer brunch along side some wonderful Arizona bloggers such as my Sister Kathy aka Crafty Chica! I originally was just bringing cupcakes tot he event but a few days before the event I was notified they wanted me to attend as an Influencer! I first thought to myself "I am not a Blogger, I do Not Blog!" and then I said to myself ...."but your whole life is about food and I LOVE FOOD!" LOL! So I happily accepted the invite. The brunch was held at El Chorro up in Scottsdale Arizona. As I arrived to the event I could already see the set up, Bright and colorful (everything I think of when I see Kathy!) And the set up did not disappoint, Katy did an amazing job setting everything up!

This Easy recipe I decided to share with you guys, is something I don't usually try or make, so i was definitely intrigued and I can now say I was not disappointed.

"Sand"  Simple Truth Gluten Free Animal Crackers

1 8oz bag
In a Large magic bullet I grounded up the animal crackers til I was satisfied with the texture. This will vary for everyone.
I also added a bit of chocolate cupcake crumbs to give it some depth and color.
.Creating a Succulent Cactus and buttercream flower, is pretty easy!
Just practice the technique and have the right piping tips to help you along the way!
I used a French star tip for my cactus specifically an Ateco 867 you can purchase yours here . And for the purple flower I used a Wilton 103 tip which you can purchase here.
I am using colors Moss Green From wilton and Purple. Make sure you have a rose needle!
I will be doing a youtube video tutorial on this technique, so don't forget to subscribe!

You can also finish off your cupcakes with a fondant flower! My friend who is right here in Arizona always has the food safe molds I need! Visit her page here! I used one of her flower molds to achieve this look on one of the cupcakes.
A big Thank you to Kroger and DimeMedia for this awesome opportunity!
